Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase along with a delivery/confirmation email detailing your shipping information and the estimated arrival time of your package.

Shipping

All shipping fees are determined individually and are listed as such.

We currently use United States Post Office Priority Mail for Domestic shipping and Global Express Mail for International shipping. According to the USPS, Priority shipments arrive in 2-3 days and Express shipments in 3-5 days*.    

* Please add 0-10 days to International shipments due to Customs regulations.

Customs

eHealth and Beauty, LLC is not responsible for any fee or tax assessed by the Customs regulations of the receiving country. Nor for any action, i.e. inspection and/or holding of orders. International orders can not be tracked for 30-45 days due to USPS operations.

Refund / Return Policy

Unless otherwise noted, due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However; should your product be defective upon receipt or become defective within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item for an identical item. If the identical item is no longer available, eHealth and Beauty, LLC reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. After 30 days, we will assist you with any issues that you may have by facilitating a smooth and fast exchange with the manufacturer. All products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted.

Your 100% Satisfaction is Our Goal!

  • We will refund you the price of the unopened item(s) upon receiving the item(s) within 30 days.
  • Items must be received in resalable condition with all the original paperwork, materials and packaging.
  • Defective/Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product.
  • Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
  • Opened and used item(s) cannot be returned.

Please contact Customer Service before returning any item(s). For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact us at 501-588-1749 from 8AM to 5PM Central Time, or send an email to our Customer Service Dept via our Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order to inform us you will be making a return.

  2. We will assign a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and on your included copy of invoice and address to:

  1. Please send your return package via UPS or USPS Insured (Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit) and tracking/delivery confirmation number.

  2. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the item(s) and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the item(s) are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them.  Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.  Items must be received in resalable condition in order to receive a refund.

Once we receive your returned package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the item(s) (including tax, if applicable). If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card -- if you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check.  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.        

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact Customer Service immediately via our Contact Form or contact us at 501-588-1749 to inform us of your decision. No questions will be asked, we will simply refund your money in full. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be submitted immediately. If you paid by check or money order, we will send you a check for the amount sent.
